As an experienced Licensed Real Estate Agent for the past 18 years and now CEO of Empire Realty Enterprise Inc., Anna Aguirre knows the meaning of Real Estate. 

Anna specializes in working with buyers and sellers, from condos through estates homes and has become an expert in working with first time buyers and knows many financing options. She is experienced with Probates, Trusts, 1031 Exchanges and handling Investment Properties throughout the U.S. Her extensive knowledge with Relocation, Short Pays/ Pre-Foreclosures and the REO processes earned her the past position of Director of Relocation and Director of Corporate Services. Anna has now developed her own real estate company, consisting of a licensed office administrator and twelve licensed agents (eight of which are bilingual) in addition to herself. With her bilingual team no job is too big or too small. Anna’s background as a business and finance major has made it easier for her to explain the Real Estate purchase process and financing options to her clients.
 
During the peak of the foreclosures back in the 1990’s, Anna Aguirre’s prior business experience as a Licensed Project Manager for a development company, made her a natural choice to work with REO accounts. Bank of America, NationsBank, Coast Federal Bank, Mission Savings and Loan, The Money Store, and others were some of her institutional clients. Anna would take possession and re key properties, coordinate clean ups, rehabs, and repairs. She would appear at court hearings and oversee the eviction process when necessary on behalf of the selling institution. With her prior ownership of a Moving and Hauling company and then as a General Contractor and Project Manager, Anna has been used to coordinating multiple projects at one time.
